A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Coach Liz here! I am based in Miami but work with the majority of my clients via remote and online coaching and consulting. I started full time personal training almost 10 years ago and gradually made the shift towards online coaching as it allows me to handle both training and nutrition and to develop a better understanding of my clients' lifestyles, goals, and ultimately allows me to be an even better coach. I did my Undergrad studies in Nutrition and Dietetics at NYU and always do my best to stay on top of new findings and information pertaining to the training and nutrition guidance I provide to my clients. It's no secret I'm heavily biased towards strength training and live like a bodybuilder, but that is NOT a mandatory lifestyle for my clients. I got into this field because I love to help people find THEIR best healthy lifestyle...it just so happens that people tend to get hooked on training with heavy weights when working with me. Don't be scared, shoot me a message and let's talk about how my coaching skills can help you.

ABOUT ME
For those of you who like details
Who am I? Born and raised in New York, and quite literally grew up inside the gym. From the time I was a toddler until I was old enough to actually workout in the gym, I was accustomed to being at the gym with my mom.
During my childhood, I participated in recreational gymnastics and dance of all disciplines. My passion for dance gave me strong body awareness and appreciation for strength.
While I never stopped dancing, I absolutely fell in love with running and lifting weights during college. I earned my first AFAA certification before my 18th birthday, and eventually acquired NASM CPT status as well. During my early college years, my interest in fitness became quite the obsession, and I competed in my first NPC bikini competition in 2012. I graduated from NYU with a Nutrition and Dietetics specialization.
In 2015, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue personal training as a full time career. I began working for a corporate gym, built a steady clientele and loyal group fitness following. I continue to read current research in the field of exercise science and nutrition, and now work independently as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
Over the years, I've competed in 5 NPC Bikini shows, run a half marathon, performed in tons of pole dancing events, and ultimately fell HARD in love with training to be the strongest, most jacked, healthiest version of myself.
I have built my business and earned valuable experience as a trainer by working with dozens of clients of all ages and fitness levels. I strive to give my clients the opportunity to harness their inner strength and discipline in order to build a strong and functional body, along with maintaining a positive self-image. I am a huge advocate for approaching goals logically and sustainably in order to maximize long-term results. My mission is to allow my clients to reach their highest potential both mentally and physically, and for them to understand the process and be able to maintain or improve their results--with or without my guidance.
